The $50 deposit ( $2 booking feee) secures your time slot. Time slots are a guide for customers and not always accurate on the day.
Deposits are non refundable for change of mind. If we cancel because conditions are unsafe we will reschedule your session.
If you tell us at least 24 hours before your session we will reschedule or issue a credit. If you cancel because of illness with less than 24 hours notice the deposit will not be redeemable.
We deliver fully edited digital images via an online gallery. Delivery time is normally 5-7days. We will email your gallery link when images are ready.
Pets are welcome where location rules allow. All animals must be on a lead and under control at all times. Bring water bowls and waste bags and plan for your pet's comfort in the heat. If your pet is anxious around crowds or children please tell us when you book so we can plan safe positioning. We reserve the right to ask a pet to be removed if it becomes disruptive.
Bring any props or small decorations for your BYO theme.
Bring a spare change of clothes for children.
Bring snacks and water for little ones and for pets.
Bring a towel or blanket for seating on the sand.
Bring sunscreen and a hat.
Bring sunglasses for anyone with sensitive eyes. Sunglasses help with bright morning or afternoon sun.
Bring any mobility aids your family needs.
Label personal items so they do not get mixed with other families.
For Family Large bookings our team will contact you after your Calendly booking to confirm arrival times group shots and any special requirements.
Please note, times are only a guide, there are so many uncontrollable on the day that will affect times and queues.
Please arrive five to ten minutes before your booked time.
Please be respectful to all staff on the day.
If you are late we may need to proceed with the next booking to keep the day on schedule, but rest assured we will slot you into the queue.
If a child becomes unsettled, or needs additional time to adjust to settings, please let our staff know and we will accomodate to the situation on an individual needs basis.
We check beach and weather conditions and make a final call about safety 2 hours before your session. If we cancel due to unsafe weather we will offer a full refund or reschedule to another session. Back up sessions are ALWAYS scheduled. If severe weather appears on the day with less than 2 hours notice we will contact you via the mobile number you provide.
Weather is unpredictable and uncontrollable, however our team has experience in dealing with these conditions for over 10 years now.
Cancellations only occur in severe weather conditions such as lightning and severe storms.
Light rain conditions will proceed.
In the vent of a severe storm occurring during a session, our team will notify you ASAP to reschedule.
Changing booking times is easy. Reschedule buttons can be found at eh bottom of your confirmation email.
If you have not recieved a confirmation email ( after you have checked your junk folders), it is likely you have provided an incorrect email address.
